Routine Information Collection

When you fill in the Gift Aid Form, we collect your name and address, telephone number and email address. This is only used in connection with claiming back the Gift Aid from Her Majesty’s Customs and Excise. When you make a donation, become a member of the charity or purchase from our online shop, we ask for the minimum needed details to be able to send you the items purchased, our newsletter at regular intervals ( normally once a year) And to remind you when your membership subscription becomes due for renewal. We do not use your details for any other purpose.
